You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

All deposits to your viphh account must be made using payment methods accepted by viphh, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account in Philippine Peso (PHP). viphh does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
